ABSTRACT
Norwegian PTL and Swedish Swepro have announced their merger. They will form the largest
project management company in the Nordic region with some 320 employees and a turnover of about NOK 400mn (EUR 47.40mn USD 70.52mn). The new company aims to raise the turnover to NOK 600mn in a couple of years, says Sven Erik Nørholm in PTL.
PTL has most of its expertise in construction and business development, while Swepro has focused on energy and environment projects.
